Overview
To enhance the user experience by improving navigation, language accessibility, and food category organization based on user feedback and research.
I restructured the course dashboard for easier navigation, integrated an AI assistant for real-time guidance, and introduced badges and milestones to boost learner motivation and track progress.
Research
The research revealed that learners needed a more intuitive course discovery flow, clearer progress tracking, and stronger motivation to stay engaged. Key findings included difficulty navigating large course libraries, a lack of personalised guidance, and a desire for more interactive, gamified elements to sustain learning momentum.
Design
The design concept for CoolSkill was to inspire users to take charge of their learning by setting personalized skill goals, adding gamified rewards, and creating an engaging, progress-focused learning experience.
Results
Boosted engagement through goal-based onboarding and personalized course suggestions powered by the AI bot.
