Overview
To redesign the mobile app experience for car-sharing, addressing challenges around building user trust, encouraging engagement through gamification, and simplifying complex booking flows for a seamless experience.
I redesigned the app with a sleek interface that highlighted trust, added gamification features to boost engagement, and streamlined the car-sharing experience for ease of use.
Research
My research, based on Google Play reviews, competitor analysis, and user behaviour insights, revealed a strong need for a more trustworthy and engaging car-sharing experience. Users wanted simpler booking, more control and transparency. Gamification and rewards also stood out as key motivators.
Design
The concept focused on creating a seamless and trustworthy car-sharing experience with gamified elements, transparent profiles, and intuitive map-based navigation for easier booking and sharing.
